"I stayed at the hotel from March 26-29. I had a double queen for myself and my aunt. The first night was fine, however when I woke up to get ready I noticed that our room didn’t have an iron. The front desk clerk was gracious enough to get me one. I went down for breakfast all days to see what they served and I was disappointed that they do not accommodate non pork eaters or those of us who can’t drink cow milk. Also the second night we came back to the room, we noticed our bathroom floor and toilet wet from water from God knows where. I’m assuming it came from the ceiling because it did look as if it were painted over a few times. We went to let the front desk know what was going on he did move us to the only room they had available, a king bed with a sofa. I was very disappointed because my aunt and myself suffer from back problems, we both have shoulder injuries and she has had to have knee surgery. We paid for a double queen and yet we were downgraded in my eyes to a king where one of us had to sleep on an extremely uncomfortable couch. Our last morning there, I tried to use the key to get into the room it would not work. I thought they locked us out, but the front desk clerk stated this happens when the key comes in contact with a phone… it’s still weird because I know for sure my key was not near a phone. Anywho, won’t be staying here again. "

"I had a very convenient stay, daily breakfast was fresh although can be varied on daily basis. Overall quite place and pleasant."

"Breakfast was good has everything you need to eat. Parking was great no problem and felt very safe. Mattress do need to be replaced they were very soft and middle was a little sunk in. It would have been just fine for me but husband and I together made it obvious. Bedding was great and slept well. Staff was so nice and would definitely stay again"

"It was rust everywhere, dirty carpet and furniture, and the breakfast offered not worth it. So overall I will not book or tell anyone to book there. I was disappointed for it to be a Marriott."

"Clean room"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. The fact that there are only ice machines on some floors but not others is inconvenient. The restaurant, bar, and market are obscenely overpriced and make airport food look like a bargain (Smart Water was $10; I paid $5 at DFW). The breakfast buffet was mediocre but the waitress was so nice. The beds were comfortable with good pillows and the motion activated floor illumination by your feet is nice. The room chairs are terrible and sized for children. Older and disabled people can’t use them because they are so low to the ground and lack arms. The parking lot needs far more disabled spaces near the entrance. I would stay here again but plan for off site meals and drinks."
