"I enjoy staying at this hotel. It is located near other places. Get in and out is easy. And the staff in all aspects is amazing the front desk staff, those who prepare the food, and those who clean the room. By far, one of my favorite places to stay."

"Had a lovely 6 night stay at the Hyatt Regency Houston Galleria. The hotel was as expected for a Hyatt. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel bar was quite nice and had a lively, although not overly crowded, vibe. Enjoyed a late dinner at the bar one evening and cocktails with colleagues another. The Market for grab and go and quick bites was also great although it could be staffed better especially during the morning rush hours. Great chocolate croissants and lattes for breakfast and I was able to grab a very good personal pizza to take up to my room one day I was at the hotel working. My only complaints: 1- the coffee maker in the room was very dirty and needed to be cleaned. 2- The iron was missing from my room and despite two requests I never did receive one. So I was a bit more wrinkled at meetings than I had hoped. 3- The valet only parking option was overpriced and not terribly convenient. Would have preferred a self parking option. I ended up parking in a neighboring lot."

"I had a short stay. I was only there for a concert. I didn’t have to the time to enjoy the whole weekend. For the most part things were clean. I do suggest they start looking down when cleaning and behind the trash bins in rooms. The staff were welcoming of course, the complementary coffee bar was a nice idea. "

"I left in the mornings & came back pretty late at nights so i didn't use the facilities like that. What was irritating was the fact that every night when i ger to the hotel i cannot get into my room & when i go to front desk its like im not in the systen & i have to provide details for 3 nights straight "
