First room had a knocking noise in the wall, staff was accommodating and moved us to another room. Bathrooms needed some attention, shabby - doors badly marred, sink plug missing, shower handle loose and very hard to turn off completely, drywall damage. Mattress and pillows were awful, very uncomfortable. Landscaping area around pool was not well maintained, cigarette butts and debris in the rock, dead plants. They did have one standing cigarette butt receptacle, but it was overflowing. Breakfast was mediocre.

This property was located in an ideal location of Houston which was definitely a positive. Unfortunately, what I did not like was the fact that upon check-in the room which I reserved was NOT available. The substitute room provided was NOT comparable to what was originally reserved due to the fact that I was traveling with a business associate. Otherwise, this property could definitely use an upgrade in terms of aesthetics (i.e. carpet, furniture, and bathrooms. The cleaning staff were very helpful as well as the night front desk staff.

They need to have better maintenance the doors in the shower don’t close the tile in the shower is cracked the workmanship is terrible the Cealling looks like it has a water leak that it’s not been addressed.
