"The lobby was beautiful and very well maintained, but unfortunately the actual room did not match the price point. For nearly $200 a night, the room felt underwhelming and unfinished. It smelled strongly of fresh paint, and early in the morning there were workers banging on the walls, which made it difficult to rest.
The bed was by far the biggest disappointment. The mattress had no support whatsoever and sagged badly in the middle. I woke up with significant back pain and did not sleep comfortably at all.
The front desk experience also left a lot to be desired. The staff member assisting me, Beatrice, came across as rude and impatient. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking and did not seem welcoming or hospitable.
Overall, while the hotel was clean and the lobby looked impressive, the guest room experience did not justify the cost. It honestly feels like more effort is being put into appearances in the common areas than into the comfort and quality of the rooms themselves. I expected much more from the Hilton brand and left very disappointed."
