It was smelling marajuana all over the facility. Poor customer service, dirty environment. The beds were made but the sheets were smelling. Ramada by Wyndham Bronx
They’re still holding onto my money even after agreeing to issue a refund due to the inconvenience. Right now, there’s no parking available because they don’t clear their own snow, and they still expect me to stay in their mid-level hotel with nowhere to park my car. It’s really unacceptable.
