"I enjoyed the staff tremendously! When I checked in (June 26th) , the gentleman working the desk was amazing. The lobby was very busy with multiple people checking in, guest asking questions and customers on the phone. He handled everyone with excellent customer service and professionalism. He acknowledged everyone including those on the phone and systematically and effectively handled all respective requests. He was a model professional!"

The room I happened to book was an accessible room (it was one of the only rooms available) that had a big bathroom that had no ventilation fan, and if you used the shower the floor got wet no matter how careful you were. "Room was very clean and the A/C works great! The staff was really friendly at check in. Bed and pillows were quite comfortable. There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor and a large bad patch job on the ceiling by the window. Also, my door stuck pretty bad making it difficult to open and close."

"Had a three night stay and my room was never cleaned. When I went down to the desk for fresh towels she said there were none and advised me to take towels from the gym area. Upon entering the gym area, the stench hit me in the face. It did not seem the facility had been cleaned or sanitized at all. The front desk called to my room twice the morning of check out to make sure I was leaving as if forcing me out."

"Very dissatisfied I had booked this way in advance and when we drove six hours to the hotel, they told us that there was no reservation. Trird multiple times to call the resort and they wouldn’t answer the phone. That was a busy signal. I had to call Expedia to request a refund because they told us that there was no reservations when we showed up. The guy at the desk was not helpful with all. "What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before."
