"The hotel facilities were ok… nothing fancy but definitely needs an update…. Restaurant staff was was very rude and not caring about service. I asked one staff to refill with water my bottle, he just refused!"

"Ladesäule auf dem Gelände ist natürlich super. Lage an sich auch gut. Alles andere hat nicht im Ansatz 4 Sterne verdient. Alles ist alt, Wände teilweise brüchig und kaputt, bis auf neue Kommoden und Fernseher, ist nichts auf dem Neusten Stand. Das Wlan hat nur in der Lobby funktioniert, im Zimmer gar nicht. Für 4 Sterne und den Preis pro Nacht, sind wir richtig enttäuscht worden."

"What a great hotel in the heart of Pisa. 1 street from the main street and just a short walk to the leaning tower. They have parking so that wasnt an issue at all. Very friendly staff fir sure. The breakfast was great with several options from cereal to charcuterie. Strongly recommend staying here."
