Very nice but not convenient to things. Had to drive and then pay for parking.

We had a 3 night stay here in New Orleans whilst travelling and have stayed at many Holiday Inns during our travels over the years. We chose this one as although it was a 20 minute uber ride into central New Orleans, the parking was easier here. We had a drink one evening in the bar and was given polystyrene cups instead of a glass which wasn't a great way to enjoy a drink in a nice bar. Good value for money

Had a 2 night stay here and i cannot fault the hotel at all. The rooms was very clean throughout and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The location is very good for anyone wanting to visit the French Quarter and surrounding areas.

A great hotel about 10/15 mins walk from the main streets. We felt it was a really safe area with good transport links. Bus stop to airport was 5 min walk away. You enter at street level and use an elevator to go to 11th floor where reception is. Great breakfast each morning, did get a little busy at weekend. Room was large, clean and provided everything we needed.

Oasis of calm in the bustling centre of new Orleans

Well served by public transport (St. Charles Streetcar Line). Clean room. Comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful to resolve a minor issue that occurred during our stay.

Perfect downtown location in the middle of the action!

Excellent facilities and really well located

Large clean comfortable room.

Great location and quiet rooms

.

Lovely hotel. Clean room and attentive staff.

Lovely newly renovated hotel. In keeping with original building. Great air conditioning. Super riverside location and easy access to French quarter. Bar area quiet and pool small but served its purpose. We would definitely recommend it.
