"We really enjoyed our stay at the Savannah House. The staff was friendly and the views were great. It was relaxing sitting outside watching the waterfall and drinking coffee. The complimentary cobbler and ice cream every night was a nice touch. The only thing that could make the stay better is if they would provide body wash. They have shampoo and conditioner and a tiny bar of soap for your hands but no body wash. But if do, it was great"

"The staff was excellent here. Even the maintenance dudes were cool. Front desk ladies were great. The young lady in the activities center was super nice and really cool. We did the escape room they had. EVERYONE who stays here should do it. It’s only $5 and the people who work there made up the puzzles and designed it. It’s super cool. Great stay. "We love the Hilton Promenade. From check-in and valet parking, it’s always easy. Rooms are very comfortable and we especially like having the balcony. Great shopping is nearby and some great restaurants. This is always our favorite place to stay."

"We had 3 adults and 1 child. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit. We were right by a playground and pool (that pool wasnt open yet but there were other options). Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed, as well as additional bedding to make up the pull out couch. It was clean and comfortable. Certainly enjoyed being away from the bustle of town. Would recomment and stay again."

"I liked that the property was neat and clean. The hotel staff was nice and kind. I didn't like that fact that when we arrived there a baseball team of kids making a lot of noise in the lobby area during quiet time hours. I could also hear them running down the hallway near my room. I also didn't like that my room was right by the elevator. Other than that every else was good."

"The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun.
