"Front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. With the inn right off the busy highway it was still quite clean. I was surprised upon opening the door to my room! It was so spacious, clean and inviting I will stay here again and so should you The restaurant, Kim’s, is right on the property too. Go there. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and you don’t leave still hungry."

"Based on the price and other reviews, we were not expecting a high end hotel, but also based on reviews, I was expecting a little more than what I got. It was not as clean as I would have liked - sticky residue on my night stand and a shower curtain with brown stains. The only lamp in the room with no lampshade. It was fine for what we needed and the price was very low but I wouldn’t return. "

"I went to the Best Western Inn on the Bay for the Victoria Day weekend (Sun-Mon). Ot was such a great experience. The staff, reception (James and Yvonne) were very accommodating. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was a private floor and was only accessed by the cards for the rooms on the floor. The suite was large with a king bed and its own sitting room with a TV. "Whenever i travel in ontario i make it a habit to visit Stevenson Inn and Spa. This beautiful B&B is tucked away from plain site, out in the country filled with warmth, renewal, peace and quiet. Owner even made special deluxe smoothies along with the continental breakfast that is included with each stay. Highly recommend. Lori Gradley"

"Our room was very clean and quiet. Staff cleaned our room on day 2 of our stay. There was plenty of choice in the breakfast menu and even offered alternate non-dairy options when I asked (oat/almond milk). Very happy with our stay; would book again."

"I booked the room "Single room, 2 queen beds, non smoking (with sofa bed)" The online photo's showed the room as a spacious apartment style room, with separate living room area and a wet bar/kitchenette. The room that was given to me was not as advertised. Appeared to be a standard room with a sofa bed. I was still charged the rate of the larger room. Once i arrived, the entire hotel was booked so there was no option to switch rooms. The hotel is also very outdated and tired looking"

"The suites are very dated. From our windows (which didn’t open) or patio (ugly), you could see roof tiles peeling. The main hallways, while clean, are also very dated. It appears that the entire facility is well past its prime and needs to be torn down and made into something new."

"The room was clean but the carpet looked dirty even if ots brown could see some stains on the carpet and the chairs. Otherwise staff were outstanding and the property is at a very good location."
