"Mixed reviews. We stayed for a week and the location was perfect - right next to the naval support base, about 25 minutes from the airport. Our room was spacious and kept clean daily, but the mattress was very uncomfortable and pillows were hard.
The kitchen had a refrigerator, small microwave, and stove top, but was lacking in utensils to use. Our kitchen had a frying pan, pot, colander, 2 plates, 2 bowls, a few silverware and a large spoon; no glasses or cups; no spatula. There was a kitchen...

"The location was perfect for those intending to use the train system for tourism, like going to Pompei or Rome. The room was very good, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful and kind. Despite facing the train station the acoustic isolation of the room was perfect. The only cons: I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, the 20% discount in beverages and foods was never mentioned and I was not able to reduce the water temperature of the shower.
I would definitely stay there again and can...

"We recently stayed at the property with my family for 1 night - 3 rooms in total. We were drawn to the rooftop which has amazing seating outdoors. However we got rain during our stay and dined indoors. While lovely it’s quite quiet. One thing this hotel is lacking is a bar. There wasn’t a space for us to get together before dinner where we could have a drink due to the inclement weather. They have a function room you can sit in but don’t offer any service there. Our room was a great size and the...

"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Price wise it could improve a little bit.
The hotel is close to a bus that takes you to the airport but a little separated from the city downtown. While the hotel is great the zone near the hotel is not so good, lots of homeless a few blocks away from the hotel. All things considered, I recommend it as it is still cheaper than other hotels next to the port."
