"The hotel is divided in 2 buildings. Our stay was in the older part; the room had been partially renovated however the room was carpetted and it was NOT clean . A small balcony facing the lake was cute though needed repair. Bathroom and bedroom facilities were clean and good. Probably other building is newer.
Young staff with little hospitality experience and limited english. Particulary problematic at Terraces restaurant where we waited 25minutes for a menu .Reception service was variable....
