Roaches openly in the room, and on the elevator buttons. no longer have a hot tub. breakfast was average but the check in lady, was very sweet.

When we arrived, there were cops in the parking lot because something was happening. The pool was completely shut down for Maintenence until further notice without warning. It was very much a letdown for a long planned trip.

Late check out til 12pm with no extra fee was nice. $140 dollar room that should’ve been about $60-$70 based off the condition of the room, it was clean, but needs a major renovation, outdated.

As soon as you walked in the door. The heat hit you in the face. It was so hot throughout the hallways. The beds were itchy and smelled . I have stayed at this hotel several times. But after this visit it will be the last.

Pro’s - Kathy at the front desk was lovely, was close to Echopark Speedway, beds were comfy, great hairdryer Con’s - room was not clean, floors were very dirty, handle to flush toliet was broken, chair in room had something spilt on it, just very dated, nothing like photos advertised. Hopefully the renovations they are in the process of doing will revamp the place. Has a lot of potential.

Shower stops up in the beginning of showering on the weekend the breakfast want available til like 7 (suppose to be 6a.m.) not even coffee was available its in mid remodeling process it has the potential to be great and it was not bad just a few tweaks it would be perfect staff was extremely nice check in was seamless parking was available near the walk ways

The room didn’t have a shower curtain had to ask for one. The handle for the shower leaked and felt like it was about to break. the door wouldn’t shut unless you slammed it. The walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned. Not all the outlets worked

Room was not clean hair and dirt on beds. When ac turned on it had a moldy smell. My family has severe allergies to mold. Room was booked for indoor swimming pool but room was dirty and had wimdow broken out.

The bed was clean and I'm thankful for that but that was about all. This is the last time I'm beng cheap and paying for a $90 room, you typically get what you pay for. The property needs at least 7 figures poured in to it. Common area carpets are super nasty, disclored, and ripped. In my room my feet turned black after walking on the "new" viny luxury tile, shower inserts are old, shower head coming off wall, toilet very old and disclored, desk didn't have a chair, couch had different colored cusions cause they lost the originals, most of the furniture looked like miss match garage sale finds, in order to close my door I literally had to lift the door and press shut cause the hinges were so messed up, free breakfast isn't until 7am, shower water pressure not great, room smelled super heavy of cigarrette smoke, hallways smelled like weed, and landscaping in rough shape.

I have stayed in this hotel chain many times in the past across the US. This hotel in Griffin was horrible. When we arrived into the lobby, it was so hot. I don’t believe the AC was working. The lobby and hall walls smelled of cigarette smoke. The hallway carpeting was so badly stained, I couldn’t believe it. The couch in the lobby sitting area was a tan color and had stains all over it. There were red chairs throughout the hotel that either needed to be thrown out or burned. They were stained and I wouldn’t consider sitting in those without a hazmat suit on. The toilet in our room was very dirty and looked like it needed a good cleaning as well as the bathroom. The room was cool and it was smoke free and I didn’t smell any cigarette odor. I wish that I had taken pictures. We opted out of the complimentary breakfast but did get coffee. On the way to our 2nd floor room, we passed an ice machine that was out of order, a drink machine that was out of order and a snack machine that was out of order. Kathy was the manager in charge when arrived and when we checked out. She was very nice during our stay. Thankfully it was only overnight. I feel that consumers need to be aware of the conditions of this hotel and steer clear of this establishment.

I understand that the location is being renovated, but that is not a reason to not clean. You should be cleaning more. The entire facility was dusty & dirty. When I walked in my room(which was not the type of room I reserved) it had not been cleaned yet. I went back to the front desk and was given another room. I open the door to that room and it was occupied. Needless to say, those people were not happy. I go back to the front desk and was given a 3rd room. While it wasn’t the type of room I reserved, at least it was “clean” and unoccupied. I will never stay there again.

I love Country Inn and Suites but this one really has me so disappointed. The hotel is under renovation however, it was like no one checked the rooms before assigning them. We had to be moved 3 times. And the last room still wasn't up to par but we were exhausted. Starting off with the 1st room, it was consumed by the smell of cigarettes. The 2nd room was full of mold. The window curtains, the phone and the shower curtain. Plus the tv didn't work. They moved us to a 3rd room.... It was better than the 1st two but the fan in the bathroom didn't work so eventually that room will have mold as well. The facility had 2 ice machines, but one was broken. The one that was working had so much debris in it and the visible filters were filthy. We went out and got ice. Also on our last night there we saw a roach run near the microwave.The staff was nice but they need to do a better job since they carry the Radisson name. Also housekeeping doesn't come everyday, they come every 3 days..... I hope once they finish the renovation, it gets better. I would never go back to that particular hotel.

Everything was great! All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and hot. My room was very neat and clean. Definitely will be back soon!
