"We usually stay here every time we come to this area but this time was the worst we have ever experienced. Someone kept pounding on our door scaring our daughter so bad she called the cops. We ended up leaving stuff in the room and went to another hotel to stay. Then in the morning I went back there to get what we left behind. When I went to the front desk the young gentleman working told me the boss would be in later and might refund me. Which would be great considering we didn't stay and had to pay for another place. "

"The nice young lady at the front desk named Grace was absolutely wonderful. She welcomed you in like family and that's the way to start. Plus I told her we usually stay at a different place but this time we had a bad experience where our daughter was scared so we came here to check in for the night. She gave our daughter a few snacks and drinks complimentary to help calm her down. Absolutely beautiful place to stay very nice rooms comfortable beds and staff makes you feel at home. Thanks a lot again to Grace you were truly amazing. "

"There was no hot tub.. the rooms were not clean, there were things left in my dresser from a previous booking, hair in the bed and toilets, food stains on covers, dead and alive bugs on sinks and counters. Bad smells in certain areas"

"Absolutely terrible experience. The hotel is very small and unbelievably loud. The room next door was up all night making noise, and I didn’t sleep at all. I called the front desk multiple times — no answer. I left messages for management — no return call. Completely unprofessional. When I arrived, there were blood drops on the sheets and hard yellow stains on the covers. That is unacceptable. The TV didn’t even work. Between the noise, the filth, and the lack of response from staff, this stay was a disaster. Do not stay here."
