Recomiendo 100% la suite son espaciosas el clima es bueno, aunque estuvimos por poco tiempo, pero fue agradable la estancia

Property is old and dated. A renovation is definitely needed. The location will suffice for an overnight stay but don’t recommend multiple nights.

Prior to my check in with the hotel, I called the front office to inquire what time the indoor pool remained open, which I was told 10 pm. When going to the pool on Saturday night, there was a sign stating pool closure was at 10 pm as well. One of the workers decided to have the pool shutdown at 9 pm for no apparent reason. Also, the indoor pool area was extremely hot due to none of the air units working. Our initial room smelled like Marijuana smoke, which we specifically requested a non-smoking room, and had to be switched to another room. We also found mildew on one of the pillow cases!!

When you walk in the the side doors it smells like weed. The floors aren't cleaned. They never came to clean our room. The blankets on 1 bed were soft the other was very hard and rough. The wifi didn't work, tv didn't work and the phone barely worked. The pool had bugs in it and in the picture online it shows a jacuzzi. The breakfast wasn't what they showed. I'm really disappointed with our stay. House keeping didn't even give us more towels or toilet paper.

Definitely do not book here! It’s completely trash and has bugs. I was told I’d get a refund but that didn’t happen.. not happy whatsoever and should’ve never booked there go begin with.

Need a little more improvement fix the pool the indoor pool is not open yet!!! Always close !! Ventilation in the hallway need to be checked?? But the over all stay is good!!! Breakfast need improved, and better coffee!!

I would not stay here again. The room was fine, I suppose, but the smell of mildew was present as soon as the door was opened. The hallways smelled like cannabis just about the entire time we were there, despite the manager reiterating that smoking was not allowed. Breakfast was free, but there was not much to it. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but it was heavily chlorinated. The property didn't seem very well maintained; the hotel exterior & hallways seemed run-down & the parking lot did not feel secure. My guess is that there is minimal staff to take care of the place.

Hotel stunk of Dope and had a lot of sketchy people coming and going. The breakfast was empty when we went to eat around 745 and were told they were making more. Apparently they have live in residents that came into breakfast area and took all the food back to their rooms. Plates filled higher than one person could eat while others had to wait for more food to be made which never happened. Door handles were falling off and needs repairs. Definitely would not recommend it.
