"The best thing of this hotel were Suly and Jose in the reception. Suly is a young guy from Morrocco with the best customer service I’ve ever had. We noticed that Switzerland has not the most welcoming people. Specifically at hotel service. suly went above and beyond call of duty! Thanks"

"Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was larger and more modern than most we had on our European trip. View from the balcony and breakfast patio was incredible. This amazing property was the highlight of our vacation. Enjoying the breakfast buffet with a very large selection of foods surrounded by majestic mountains and being cared for by friendly staff was a wonderful retreat. Public transportation is great and hotel has shuttle service available."

We had a beautiful view from our hotel balcony and the hotel is situated just a fifteen minute walk from the town centre, which worked out really well in the end as this was a more peaceful and picturesque location for the hotel. "アイガー北壁を望むテラス付きの部屋に泊まりました。 在室中はほとんどそこで過ごすくらい幸せな時間でした。 早朝に出発する日があり、通常の時間外に朝食をお願いしたのですが、お互いの認識にずれがあり、うまくいかないことがありました。 その際にも、宿泊者に不快な思いをさせないよう、ホル側が我テ々に配慮してくださいました。 景色も素晴らしかったのですが、あたたかなスタッフに迎えられ、素敵な滞在でした。 ユングフラウ界隈もとても気に入ったので、すぐにでもまた訪れたいです。 次回ももちろんここに泊まります。"

"Restaurant was reasonably priced and good. System was well-organized; staff was friendly; and there is a playground next door. I did not have a chance to try the breakfast since needing to leave early. The beds were rather firm. And the bathroom door gives a truly cultural experience to family-style (clear on bottom and does not completely separate the rooms but is sufficient). Otherwise, it is perfect and would be 5 stars."
