"The Hampton Inn and Suites in Stamford, CT is tired and old. My room was terrible: it was "clean" but it's old and outdated. The carpets were thin, stained and threadbare. The only amenity the hotel had was free breakfast. The small thing's like a pad with pen to take notes on by the desk, there was nothing with drawers to put your clothes in after unpacking. I had to keep smaller items of clothing (boxers, socks, t-shirts, etc.) in my suitcase. The only thing to hang my clothes was a closet...

"I was there because I had a class nearby. The class was ending early so I was checking out early. I saw I was reimbursed for the $100 hold for any damages to the room but the reimbursement for the days not stayed weren't on my card statement. I called the office and was met with aggression.
