"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay. "We enjoyed 4 days in the German Alps, one of the top experiences to enjoy in Europe. Hotel is close to the biggest attractions in the area, plenty of good restaurants nearby. It is well run by hardworking, lovely people. Situated next to the road you hear traffic passing. "
