"My experience at this property was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The staff member at the reception desk did not acknowledge my presence or greet me. I had to ask, "I'm here to check in. Is this where I need to go?" before anyone assisted me. Unfortunately, the check-in process only got worse. The receptionist who checked me in was rude, abrupt, and unwelcoming. When I asked if someone could assist me with my luggage, I was simply told they did not provide that service....

Different types of coded locks for better security along with an easy master switch next to the bed so you don't need to get up to turn off everything.
