"Very disappointing experience for a five-star hotel. Everything felt overpriced, and even basic things seemed to come with extra charges. Customer service was poor, housekeeping was inconsistent, and staff were not helpful. Traveling with a child, we even had difficulty getting an extra bottle of water. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its five-star rating and was not worth the price. We would not recommend it."

"This is a new, very modern property with lot's of amenities. We arrived around 9:30pm and there was still lot's of socializing around the bar area. The rooms are great!"

"Staff so friendly"

"Our initially room was in unacceptable condition. The musty smell, loud air-contioning. There was no hot water in the bathroom on the second level. The upper shower was pouring water through the ceiling into the first floor bathroom. We had to pack and move to a different room in the middle of the night.There is no coffee machine or ice. The receptionist said that this was not a common practice in Europe. We travel a lot and coffee machines and ice upon request are available.The safes did...
