"This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and a lot of that was due to the incredible staff, who were all so unbelievably kind and professional, and committed to making your stay so special. The service was unmatched. As for the hotel itself, everything is so thoughtfully curated and as classy as it is cozy. Everywhere you look is something beautiful. Our room was something out of a storybook, super clean, really comfortable bed, nice shower. Could not recommend this place more....

"Our room was large and very clean. The bed was excellent. The bathroom was very nice in particular with the rain shower. We appreciate the free bottles of water every day. Very friendly staff who would chat with you. The hotel's location is perfect for getting to everything, Centraal station, Grand Place, the palace, museums, etc. We also did day trips to Ghent and Brugge very easily."

"I got stuck in the elevator for 50 minutes. They were to slow to respond to Most things but were very quick when I was stuck in the elevator and were very nice. They gave me a 20% discount for the night. My toilet also did not flush. Room didn’t look like photo online and there was some confusion about the laundry detergent for the washer. Was very nice having laundry on site but dryers did not work well."

"Perfect location, comfortable room/ bed , Great buffet breakfast .only thing that they could give attention to is the carpets are dirty many spots in hallway and some spots on carpet in room, also do not understand that there are no washcloths in bathroom"

"We did have a problem on the first night booked 2 twin rooms and only one available which was not ideal but on the second day they really did help and gave us another room which we really appreciated and the man on reception was brilliant even though it was not his fault."
