"Mon troisième séjour dans cet appartement. Grand logement, propre, bien équipé, bien placé (trams, bus, commerces, restaurants ..), calme (aucun bruit rue / voisins). Lit confortable. David le propriétaire est patient, aimable, arrangeant. Super séjour, je recommande. Merci encore David "

"Property was easy to find , as was the parking, very convenient. Clean and modern , apartment was clean, tidy and well maintained. We were on the 3rd floor with a 23kg bag (no lift), unfortunately they didn't have an iron (attending a friends special occasion would have been nice to iron the shirt )available but believe they are sorting this out."

"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. "

"This is a studio apartment to sleep 3 people. The apartment is really nice with everything even a washer which is why we were interested in it. So we figured we’d be able to wash our clothes halfway through our 3 week trip. We thought there’d be a dryer but no there wasn’t so we hung everything up around the apartment. It worked but a dryer would have been good. Also the area is pretty sketchy. Lots of security! So much so you have to go through three doors to get in the place—once you are let...

"I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Overall good experience and close to metro. "

"Nous étions 3 et l'appartement est vraiment spacieux. La kitchnette est de taille suffisante pour préparer un repas ou petit déjeuner. Le quartier est très calme avec des services de proximité. A seulement 30 min à pied du centre très agréable"
