"We requested early check in and they kindly provided before 2pm. Which was very helpful since we’re travelling with our toddler. Made a big difference. Thanks numa. However, due to this the pin code for elevator access wasn’t updated yet. And we had a bit problem. Also. Room lock was a bit problematic. Has some issue. However, they communicate fast and very responsive. Room was very clean. Had everything we needed. Nice stay. Last night we wanted to use laundry. One of two machines was broken....

"Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. "

"Good location. There were no coffee cups available by the coffee machine. We asked on 3 occasions and they couldn’t be bothered so we went without. There’s a building being built right by the hotel. We were woken up every morning at 7 am."

"L'appartement est bien situé. L'intérieur est grand mais bizarrement agencé (cuisine sombre donnant sur la salle de bain et les toilettes). La salle de bain nécessite travaux (rideau de douche non stabilisée, fenêtre ne ferme pas, pas de porte vêtement....) Des toilettes non utilisables car bouchées"

"The location is excellent, 5 min walk to Flagey where shops, restaurants, bars, weekend food market & buses/trams. Near rue due trone get buses to Brussels central takes about 20 mins. 20 mins to Vub uni. Terrace is huge and beautiful views. Accommodation is equipped with everything you would need. Very clean. Location apt with dishwasher oven hob washing machine. Plenty of cutlery plates etc. Negative - couldnt find any English channels on to. Radiators dont get very hot, think just need...

"The flat is lovely and very clean. The location is excellent. The bed is very confy but the sofabed is not and the duvet needs changing. We would repeat the stay in the apartament for sure."
