"Chambre propre, petit déjeuner copieux. Bar sur place ou il est possible de manger un morceau de pizza. Possibilité aussi d’acheter produits de première nécessité, boissons, friandises, chips, plats à réchauffer (micro-ondes sur place), glaces, viande petit magasin dans l’hôtel."

"Our room was not ready for check in by 3 pm and we were told to sit and wait and come back periodically to the reception desk to check on our room. On the 3rd trip to the desk at 4 pm and our room still not being ready I got a bit mad. At that point another person behind of the counter who seemed to be in charge suddenly found us another room that was ready. We got to our room and with the outdoor temperature close to 40 degrees Celsius we found that our air conditioning did not work. Back to...

"Nice hotel,clean room, very good breakfast, only one little problem no shuttle during day hours, only in AM or late PM. Uber from airport $26 USD, 15 minutes walk to train station to go to the city."

"The check in was quite long and the guy left the position while I was waiting for my key...then another lady came and gave me a key...When I arrived at the room I found out that someone else was already there....I had to go back to reception and start again... when finally I was in "my" room the wifi did not work at all...I waited half an hour without success....only in the following morning quite early the wifi worked"

"The room was very functional, staff were helpful, I had more or less everything I needed. My only annoyance was that I left the "do not change the towels" message on the door, and this apparently means "don't touch the room at all" - no bed service, no refills for coffee capsules. Apart from that no complaints whatsoever."

"The bedroom was great , lovely decor & a very comfortable bed BUT the bathroom was clearly in need of a major refurbishment - it was extremely dated and in poor condition - the shower attachment was in the bath but the tiled side of the bath was so high that I could not get in to have a shower. There were 2 sinks but one only had a dribble of water coming out. The finish on the tiling around the sinks and the boarding behind the toilet seat were clearly suffering from wear and tear. "Great experience overall although the restaurant manager(s) were a bit snooty - everyone else was great. Also in the restaurant for morning buffet - staff could focus more on helping the guests dining w needs and replenishing the buffet instead of bussing tables while guests wait to get their attention. Otherwise great views and food."

"Lovely hotel, with more traditional design which was quite refreshing. Located amongst the main shopping area and about 15 minute walk from the Grand Place. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. Great bathroom and shower. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. It was also very peaceful and quiet. Would recommend if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas"
