"I loved my stay at ibis hotel! The location is so convenient and such a lively atmosphere to be in. As soon as you walk out there is so much going on and everything is such a short walk away! Grand Place and the airport is close by, as well as restaurants, shopping, and museums! I did not have to take any transit for the majority of my trip! "We did have a problem on the first night booked 2 twin rooms and only one available which was not ideal but on the second day they really did help and gave us another room which we really appreciated and the man on reception was brilliant even though it was not his fault."

"I got stuck in the elevator for 50 minutes. They were to slow to respond to Most things but were very quick when I was stuck in the elevator and were very nice. They gave me a 20% discount for the night. My toilet also did not flush. Room didn’t look like photo online and there was some confusion about the laundry detergent for the washer. Was very nice having laundry on site but dryers did not work well."
