"Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl! Das wusste ich nicht, und kam mit meinem großen Koffer (3 Wochen Reha als Rheumapatientin an). Böse Überraschung! Das Haus ist schön, das Bett wunderbar! Aber: leider war das Zimmer recht kalt (unter dem Dach, draußen -10°). Außerdem braucht die Dusche eine Grundreingiung. Das Frühstück war hervorragend! Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Besonders vielen Dank an die Rezeptionsdame, die meinen Koffer hoch trug! Beim auschecken war keine/r da, also...

Der check-in war unkompliziert, allerdings wurde uns gesagt, dass uns der Nachweis der Kurtaxe nachgereicht wird. Ist nie passiert und da es bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten Ermäßigung gibt, wenn man den Nachweis der Kurtaxe vorlegt, war das blöd. Wir hätten an der Rezeption nachfragen müssen, was schade ist. Leider ist das Personal insgesamt...
