We enjoyed our stay at soco house. Most of the staff always had a warm welcoming smile. Beach access is easy and there was always someone present to help with a shade umbrella.we stayed 9 nights and two of them had musical entertainment which was an enjoyable touch. We had a wonderful time staying at the Soco House, celebrating my sister-in-law's 50th with her siblings and their spouses. Everyone we met who worked there was wonderful! We would like to give a special shout-out to: Elloise, George, Yenel, Charles, Alex and Vlad, who all made our stay even more wonderful by their kindness and hospitality.

My room never had hot water to shower. I went to the front desk but never got resolution, the manager called maintenance who never showed up. That was my biggest complaint.

The staff was friendly and accommodating at Soco House.They truly made our week in Saint Lucia. The pool was lovely ( though shaded seats saved too early and saved for the day. ) There were no fans in the bathroom, so drying towels and bathing suits was difficult. Massage at spa was outstanding. Food was very good. “Island time” made some food delivery slower than expected. Dessert was small. Again, the staff was excellent. The bar tender Yanell and restaurant employee George and Eloise were excellent and always made us smile.

Will lead with value, for 12 days, the price was the lowest on the island. Food was excellent, lots of people complained about the wait, but we didn’t experience that in the 12 days we were there. Staff were great, beach coolers were a nice touch. Would good back if the value holds.

Room was clean. Shower was great. Warner and Rose were part of their great staff along with many others. Food was good. Convenient and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and mall.

I enjoyed my stay here! I traveled solo and this was a great option for me for a calm and relaxing stay. Although some of the reviews are true, the service staff is sort of slow. As well as the need for a bit of update on some of the furniture, linens and infrastructure. But none the less; it is still a good hotel. The drinks were great and food was 3.5/5. One thing I was kind of upset about was the lack of clarity on the chairs reserved on the beach for Soco House guests. I only found out on my last day there after having paid $10 for a chair 2 days before. Please make sure to ask about that because the guys on the beach will jump at the chance to charge you for a chair.

The Hotel is kept very clean and the room was comfortable. Even though our stay was All Inclusive we ate outside half the time as the menu is small and the food was only okay. The drinks were of poor quality and top shelf liquor is not an option. Our overall review comes down to "It's good but not great"

The Keys to our room didn’t work and the lock was broken which left a small crack in door because it couldn’t close completely. However, we understand that things happen so there was no need for a big fuss since we were only there for one night. The staff was super nice & friendly. Also, we got there late after a long travel day so when the restaurant served our food so quickly it was a plus.

This is a motel with a lacking (terrible) all inclusive amenity. Most staff was miserable, clearly did not want to be there. We had a terrible time start to finish. When we arrived we were told there was no running water. And it happened again the next night. We waited over 40 minutes for a fruit plate for breakfast and ended up leaving before it came to make a scheduled excursion. In the middle of the night the bathroom sink turned on and nearly flooded, we were very confused by this. There was black mold in the bathroom ceiling, the bathroom door was falling apart, the tv remote barely worked. The only things that really were ok were the AC in the room and a fairly comfortable bed…Not as advertised and everything was uncared for. The overall vibe of the hotel was a sad senior citizen community. The surrounding area is all very impoverished with trash everywhere and dilapidated housing developments. We did day passes at sandals grande (10/10) to get away and then ended up just buying another hotel to save our trip.

Room and hotel was clean. Most of the staff was great. Fidel was great and attentive. Rose at the outside bar was great as well. Hotel very close to beach and restaurants. Room was outdated and had a leaking issue from the fridge. We lost hot water one day and the hotel seemed to have water issues (in general). The pictures on Expedia don’t match the hotel in person. The food options are limited and slow. Barry by the beach was cool.

Room was sufficient only complaint was lack of outlet in bathroom and no shower curtain or door so water spays onto floor making it slippery. Food was good but service was very slow. Resort ran short on water but didn’t warn customers they should reserve water to help conserve as guest would likely assist. Ran out of coconut rum for 3 days so I couldn’t drink what I wanted which is not good when paying for all inclusive. Would have made guest happy if they would have ran to grocery store and bought a few bottles until their delivery arrived. Most all staff were super nice and helpful but there were a couple that were lazy and didn’t want to go out of their way to help.

Rooms outdated, Furniture peeling and lifting, Showers meed to be scrubbed, Pool dirty, pool walls need to be scrubbed. No consistent running water. Water shortage. Water gor showers and toilet flushing regulated to blocks of time and if you miss your time... oh well!! 1 restaurant on site. Serves the same meals every single day. Do not stay here! Looks very cute on the outside, terrible on the inside....like an ex!
