"Colazione varia, abbondante con prodotti eccellenti e servizio più che soddisfacente. Camera ampia, spaziosa e silenziosa, letto comodissimo e bagno altrettanto spazioso.
Servizi eccellenti: dotazione per la SPA a pagamento ma una somma modesta (5€) servizio SPA eccellente. Vasca adeguatamente calda; bagno turco ottimo; sauna per i miei gusti poco calda. L'unico problema l'ascensore principale temporaneamente fuori uso, ma assistito dagli ascensori di servizio "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Bastiani in Grosseto. The hotel is beautifully maintained and perfectly located in the historic center, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. "Très bon accueil et l’endroit est bien optimisé et arrangé. Cependant la chambre très vieillotte les porte très fine le mieux c’est d’avoir des bouchons d’oreilles. Les repas et pdj dispos que à partir de 8:00 et 20:00 aucune offre sans gluten
L’endroit en plein milieu des champs l’odeur qui va avec . On a pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine. J’ai l’impression qu’il il n’y a pas d’ambiance. C’est pas un endroit qui me donne envie d’y retourner"
