"Numa vita hotel is beautifully decorated, I was welcome by a very cool looking lobby, the self check-in was seamless and safe! I happened to bump into one of the staff, he graciously showed me how to lock and unlock the door, introduced me to laundry and locker room - very helpful! The room we stayed at was clean and huge ! "Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. "

"La struttura è molto comoda, a due passi dal centro storico di Firenze. Ha una bellissima sala comune ed una comoda cucina. La stanza nella quale ho soggiornato molto grande e spaziosa, tuttavia mancante di alcune comodità. Tipo un posto dove poter lasciare la valigia aperta ( l’armadio non è comodo per chi soggiorna 2 notti) , appendi asciugamani nel bagno vicino al bidet ed al lavabo, solo due ganci vicino la doccia. "Leider hat das Apartment „Bravo“ ein sehr modrig riechendes Bad, was sehr unangenehm war. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht verdunkeln und fast alle Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind beschädigt bzw. Nicht richtig angebracht, sodass man die Fenster nicht allzu lange geöffnet lassen möchte (schwierig wegen modrigen Geruch). "
