"Our room was really spacious, with air con, which we appreciated in the very hot weather. It was great to have free parking right outside the hotel. The staff are all super friendly and speak great English and service was of a really high standard. Dinner was really delicious with a welcome prosecco and amuse bouche and we enjoyed eating it on the terrace overlooking the river. "We had a great stay in Casciana Terme! The hotel is gorgeous, with beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The staff could not be more helpful, and the morning espressos absolute perfection. The hotel is right by the town square, where there are bars and cafes. The thermal spa is very enjoyable, all in all a quiet and delightful weekend away. "

"Sammanfattningsvis en av de bästa upplevelserna för avkoppling. Så fint att se miljön kring detta hotell med fina utsikten över Toscana. Älskade det stora rummet och älskade maten (vi åt 4 rätters middag 3 gånger på hotellet) och fick lokalt producerade varor. Älskade att maten baserades på grönsaker som de själva hade i trädgården. "Amazing! Beautiful and quiet. Very clean. Staff is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We did it with luggage and without and it really wasn’t bad. The staff at the hotel has a list of taxi drivers and their phone numbers they can give you. Grocery store is a short distance away, although if you are like us get a taxi because it won’t be fun carrying a bunch of groceries back. We had 4 heads to feed for 5 days. The family suit is...

"Pleasant/courteous staff. Very clean fabulous breakfast with your morning cappucino. Also across the street from a wonderful pastry store , and a nice park to get your morning run in. Town people are very chilled and stress free."
