"We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return."

"We arrived at the property at 4pm on july2,nobody around after half hour waiting I called the lady rosy,she said emergency family matter rhetoric went to Rome and she wii be back in 2 hours,she came at 6:30 pm apologized ,and said she has to leave ,I told her the pool is not clean full of leaves, nobody to take care of cleaning it,I said since there is nobody on the premises ,we don't feel safe, we will not stay,then she told me you can ask for refund from Expedia, so we left without checking...
