"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again."

"Good place for a night in Zurich. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and they have a ‘family room’ with connecting rooms. Front desk was nice. We interacted with several concierge personnel, some were more helpful than others. Some really needed to be in another industry hence the 1 less star."

"Fantastic hotel. The staff were beyond welcoming and the location was in the heart of the town. I spent many hours analyzing our choices in the city and settled on this. The hotel had a very nice boutique vibe - wish we had more time to enjoy. If we are back in Zurich this will be our one & only choice. "

"Excellent hotel, helpful friendly staff, great location. Tip, ask for a room/suite facing courtyard as exterior rooms can experience excessive traffic noise. Breakfast buffet is okay however not the best for a 5* deluxe property, limited selection, buffet pastry items not replenished."

"Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"This is a nice hotel with a lovely staff. They were very gracious about taking care of our baggage and only a brief wait for early check,-in. We didn't have to use the self-check in, as staff is not there all day/ night. There are a few steps up to the lift, a small reception area. Door locks are a bit tricky, but we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend."
