"This hotel is beautiful and right on the Downtown Mall. The tree filled atrium inside the hotel and glass elevators are so nice. They have put a lot of time and detail into this hotel. The pool area was terrific and super clean. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance so it was very convenient. Parking is free and easy in an attached garage."

"The hotel is well maintain and beautiful. The staff was super helpful as we arrived very early and had a cooler. They kept it inside and even froze our meats since we had to keep traveling the next day. We felt safe and happy. The elevators are a bit tricky since they all go different places such as the garage but they are well labeled, you just got to READ the signs. I had breakfast outside in their garden area and my only complain was the dog poop trash was so close to the table that has the best shade and view. I moved but it was not terrible. The hotel staff made the difference and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Absolutely lovely."
