The patio was littered with discarded boards, and the shower leaked. The housekeeping left dirty towels in the rooms, and there were even dead roaches on the floor. My children had bites on their arms and legs when they woke up in the morning, which I suspect were bed bugs. I called the hotel and notified the front desk as soon as I left...

"Pool was beautiful. Our room was adequate. Decks could use an update. We asked front desk staff for an additional blanket and were told “no” because housekeeping was gone. Disappointing. "
