"Front staff apathetic. The grounds were great, hotel breakfast was fine. The shower needs help in the handicap bathroom in the room we stayed in. Water everywhere. And the shampoo and conditioner where in the wrong bottles"

"Lighting in the bathroom was very poor. We had an event to go to and preparing hair and make up would be impossible. Front desk was able to send up a light up make up mirror. Was told they only had a few. They need to get on that."

"AWESOME! Excellent stay. Just outside the hotel was a bus stop taking you straight into downtown. Just a 10 min ride! So great to have individual washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. There are several places for entertainment and food close to hotel. There is easy access to the metro line as well in case metro is your thing. Unit was super spacious!"

"The stay here was horrible. Watching TV here is very limited as they do not have smart TVs. The second day here, the elevators did not work and was forced to take the stairs in which there were no lights and had to use my phone light to guide my way down stairs. There was also no running in the entire hotel water during my stay, and towards the end of the day (a 90 degree weather day) the air conditioning in the hotel. No sorry for staff, no accommodations.
