"The staff were very nice and welcoming. However, the room was poorly maintained. The shower drain was clogged, the air conditioner was extremely loud, it kept me up all night. The comforter was old and dingy, I was disgusted to the point I would have left but it was late when we arrived and raining. "I stayed for 1 night. Checking in was easy, the rotating doors to enter were not working, so I had to use the side door. Obviously not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue was there was no bodywash left in the shower. I ended up just using the bar soap, but cleaning staff should definitely double check and refill if needed. Parking was a pain because I had to park 2 blocks down in a parking lot. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!"

"We stayed in the Edison suite for a girls' weekend (5 of us, but 6 would have been comfortable too). It was an amazing alternative to a standard hotel as everyone was able to be together the entire time and everyone had plenty of space. The top bedroom is really cool and you can see Elfreth's Alley from the windows. We will be back the next girls' weekend for sure!"
