"The property is one in a million. Every time I come here I’m welcomed with open arms. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable of everything under the sun, and let’s not talk about on how the rooms are amazingly beautiful. Every-time I’m in Philadelphia this is my only go to hotel."

"The exterior is amazing to view. Lots of shaded outdoor seating and outdoor activities to enjoy. I loved the old industrial look surrounding the modern. There also a really cool walking bridge.
Very family friendly and great for a business trip.

"Easily walkable to a concert at the Mann. Our check in host TJ made us feel so welcomed and special. Free parking on the street. Breakfast was lovely and the hostess was so very nice. "
"We saw a concert at the Mann center. This hotel was close to the venue and an inexpensive uber ride. We also were able to order some late night food to our hotel. It was convenient location. There is an on site parking garage which was also a perk. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay again. "
"Quarters is the best place to stay in Manayunk,especially if you're a cyclist. It's very close to downtown and the River trail. The room and common area was spotless,the AC worked flawlessly in the 100° heat,and the bed was comfortable. Give it a try,you won't be disappointed."
"This hidden gem is such a beautiful boutique hotel! The pool is such a vibe! It was my favorite part of the hotel! Felt like I was in Italy! The hotel smelled amazing! The service was great! We had the shrimp cocktail, a burger and fries and it was sooo good! Best burger I had in a while! Aperol spritz was the drink of choice. The room was so charming! Santal products in the bathroom. "I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "
"I was nervous prior to arrival as I know this area can be trouble. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the neighborhood is gentrifying.
I felt safe and the building had every safety precautions. Cameras at the entrance and inside. (Not in the rooms). To get to my room I had three doors each with a unique PIN code.
The building was bright, modern and welcoming as well as very clean. The building is broken into pods with what seems to be two private rooms sharing a kitchen area....
"We absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street).
