"The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. "

"Having no elevator was not as bad as I thought. Parking was a bit hard to find but we managed. Everything else was amazing. Area was fine to walk in. The place had everything we needed and more. Laundry, bedrooms, kitchen and so much more "

"Wow, just had an amazing stay here. I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I want to keep this gem to myself, but they deserve the praise. This isn't your typical hotel room, it’s like having your own stylish apartment in the city. Having a full kitchen was a total game-changer we could make coffee and breakfast in the morning instead of rushing out. The whole place was spotless, modern, and just had a great vibe. The bed was seriously comfortable, and it was so quiet at night. Check-in was a breeze with the key fob locker, too. Honestly, I don't think I'll ever stay in a regular hotel in Philly again after this. 10/10, will absolutely be back. "
