"From the moment we walked through the door the staff was Friendly!!! They have these drawers at the front desk that your little one can pick a little prize from! It was a heart snatch bc not all places are considerate of kids in general. The elevator has seating in it! I never seen this in my life!! Amazing. Then the room was clean, calmly lit, fully stocked with amenities, well designed and we had a balcony. The staff was lovely from Bastia to the front desk & house keeping! The essentials closet is amazing too! Gosh I can’t wait to come back! "

"When I entered the room, I noted the following damages and provided feedback to staff. - Damaged leather on the bed headboards and chairs - Damage to the door - Issues with the bathroom caulking They mentioned they noted into account, when checking out I mentioned again and nothing was on account. Ensure you check the room for damages. "

"The rooms need to be worked on to be updated, but was livable. Matt at the counter helped with directions for the Philly game and getting some water that was not provided in my room which did not know about. "
