The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. "While the staff were kind, it is worth noting that this property is VERY noisy with limited soundproofing. Despite paying a premium for a high floor and staying on the 25th floor, we could still hear cars, sirens, footsteps, nearby showers, doors closing, and conversation. Due to the noise, our sleep was interrupted constantly and we left feeling exhausted."

"Took a daytrip from NY, chose for price, location, and cleanliness. Ideal in its budget range for those who mainly need a nice clean room, bed, and hot shower after walking around. We walked from the 30th St station. Walkable (if you're used to walking) to all major tourist sites, public transportation, shopping. "We called down and asked for a change of towels on the 2nd day and hours later had to go down to the front desk and get them ourselves. My adult daughter went down to the front desk on another occasion to get a Band-Aide for a blister on my foot and the 2 people working the desk were quite rude to her."
