"Amazing breakfast super friendly staff"

"Loved the location overlooking the Delaware river and the Philly skyline. It was within walking distance to te concert venue. The front desk staff, in fact all the staff, were friendly and helpful. Best of all, our dog was welcome, and their restaurant even had outdoor seating on the waterfront that was dog-friendly."

"Roads were closed around the hotel due to a running event, yet the hotel offered no warning or guidance. As a result, we spent an hour in the car trying to drive the last half mile to the hotel. This was disappointing."

"The property was clean and staff was friendly. The location was good for hoping on the subway or a short walk to various highlights. Our bed was on the medium-firm side."

"The check out staff was great, thankful to them for their help. The check in staff was to be desired. Our television in our room wasn’t working properly, when we asked for assistance he replied “I should be happy that there are local channels available.” This was our first time staying at the Windsor, if not for the check out manager it may have been my last."

"The staff clearly did not want to be there. They were extremely unfriendly and couldn’t even manage a smile. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I strongly recommend providing customer service training for your staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. I don’t know whether the issue is poor working conditions, inadequate training, or something else, but the atmosphere was unwelcoming. Whatever the reason, the experience was deeply...

"Location is everything here. Located on campus of Temple University. Close to Orange line so way to access to Philly via Septa. Furnishings and decor are older but acceptable. Carpet is kinda gross so make sure to bring slippers or shoes to wear in your room."

"Nice room. Liked the kitchenette . Staff was helpful. Has free breakfast, I didn't really like it, but other guests seemed to. Location was ideal for what we had planned. The water pressure was very strong so that caused a few messes, but nothing that wasn't easily cleaned up. Overall a great stay and would stay again."
