"This was our second or third time. Always a great experience. This is where we stay when going to Highmark/Mann for a concert. Easy Lyft or drive. Their breakfast is yummy, and their staff is very professional and helpful. Thanks as always, Jackie and JJ Eberly"

"First the good stuff, it’s very clean and has friendly staff. However, for the price, it’s not worth it. The beds are extremely uncomfortable & older. We asked for no feather bedding/pillows due to allergies when we booked(2 months in advance & received a message confirming), when we checked in right at 3pm they advised us they didn’t have a room without feathers ready so we had to wait. They did give us a late check out for the trouble, but when we got to the room both beds had feather pillows....

"Great location! Minutes from the train station and easy to walk anywhere. So many amazing restaurants within walking distance and a wonderful cafe in the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very kind staff."

"Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western."

"Wonderful hotel, great location. Fabulous amenities. Nespresso maker in room and fresh ground coffee machine (cappucino and americano) in the lobby. Perfect. Will stay on my next visit to Philly."

"Great hotel! Suites are like small apartments and fully stocked. Free parking is directly in front of the building. Staff was amazing! Will definitely stay again! Super clean. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"So Sarah and Jeanette couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Catering for gluten-free and dairy-free was a breeze. The Victorian room is just lovely, and parking was easy."

"Great rooftop, strong but noisy A/C, spacious. Needs renovations - ceiling na other paint peeling off, rough around the edges overall. Location is a bit deserted, not pleasant to walk around, borderline sketchy. Pricey considering those downsides."

"I have been to some places but this one was THE ONE !!!! First off , I found a c***k pipe in the box of tissues that were opened and never checked or replaced by the cleaners. There were two extremely long pieces of hair in the bathtub upon arrival , I have a bob…. . We had to go down to the front to request an iron that we had to return immediately after using. The place did have a security in the front and the management apologized for the pipe, but I still can’t get over that . We needed a...
