"This is our third time staying here. Staff is always so kind and helpful. The place is very clean and organized. Some new upgrades will be coming soon that we're excited about. It sits in a perfect place surrounded by many restaurants and shops that you can shop at well secured area safe and we come here every year for our convention at the Liacouras center. So this sits so close and it's just walking distance. It does need a little TLC but they're all minor things. I highly recommend."

"My daughter and I stayed here for a concert. We felt unsafe from the time we pulled up. This place looked like a run down pay by hour motel. The bed skirt looked to have seaman stains on it, the fabric chair had stains all over it, the towels looked dirty, there was hair on the nightstand, only 1 lock on the door and a gap on the bottom of the door about an inch wide. I can go on and on. We were out as soon as we woke up. It was horrible!"

"Overall this was a great B&B. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were zero ADA accommodations. I just happened to break my ankle a couple weeks before my trip, so carrying a big suit case up and down stairs (both inside and outside) was not fun. They did offer to carry my bag up to my room upon check in, but they were not around to help at check out. If I hadn’t broken my ankle and wearing a big boot, I probably wouldn’t have even thought about this being an...
