"The hotel is dated and clean but worn. Room cleaning is okay - clean towels and vacuuming each day - but nothing else. Front desk service is okay but not real friendly. Overall, it doesn’t match the rating given by the hotels.com website."

"The hotel foyer/reception is smart and inviting but our bedroom was tired and uninviting (bathroom excepted), but even worse there was a nasty brown stain on the carpet in front of the safe. The carpet in that area needs replacing."
