"The hotel is very nice. Parking is very accessible and it’s near the highway. There’s a very good pizzeria across the street and a supermarket about 2’ away.
If you’re using the pool you have to bring your swimming cap and your slippers.
A few things surprised me though: they do not have hair conditioner and when I ask Reception they never called me back or send me anything. Also there’s no water dispenser at the gym.
Other than that, the hotel is very clean and nice."
"Beautiful hotel. Staff is very friendly, beautiful garden. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Our bathroom was quite tiny though, with limited shelves and space to hang towels. Great restaurant, we had dinner there twice and very much enjoyed the food. This is the perfect location if you want to avoid the crowd in downtown Como."
