"The main feature of this property is the exquisite view of Mount Fuji and the privacy and serenity of very limited access. That said, the staff are warm and very attentive. The food was excellent and delightfully prepared and presented. The communal bath (which is by reservation) is architecturally interesting and offers a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. "We had a lovely experience staying in Sakuya hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful, offered us shuttle van to go to town. Offered us private onsen which was very relaxing. Rooms were futon bed with a view of Mt Fuji, breakfast was so yum. Would definitely come next time. "
