"Worst 3 nights experience ever! Property does not have receptionist, only 1 security guard and very unfriendly. No computer, so even when we already book, they don't have the data. Security guard ask us to find the so called "Agent" somewhere in the building nearby there but did not give proper address or directions. So we have to walk around guessing which is the "Agent" office. We call Expedia and they are very helpful to call the building and reconfirm our stay. After long process finally...

"If you want to try refugees experience, this is a place to live. Bad smell in living room, very old & depreciated in door, no hot water from heater, no air-conditioning in bedrooms, main door safety lock broken......crazy"

"Quick check in process. I had a very nice two bedroom flat and it was clean and nicely decorated. I used swimming pool once it was a bit small for many people busy still ok. It is close to KLCC station and Petronas towers and shopping centres. What I don’t like that there was a hot water issue and I couldn’t have a hot shower at all. "the property is located at a very strategic location. There are restaurant that you can dine and convenient stores to get sundry at 8th floor where the gardens is located. However, the one annoying thing is the access card for service apartment often gets override by the resident's master key whenever you are in the lift to your floor. This lead to skipping your floor and taking you a joy ride before you can actually reach your floor when the lift is empty without residents."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"Excellent house-keeping team. They are Very caring and hard working. Communication with WhatsApp is helpful. Tea bags, coffee and water are provided very day. Room is spacious. There are stoves, oven and some plates. However there is no microwave, blender, dishwasher or some extra pot or pans. There was some kind of unpleasant smell in the washer area. "
