"Staying in a hotel in the mountains above Chamonix, accessible only by a quaint train (30 minutes) where you can go on incredible hikes or just relax on the patio and stare at the glorious mountains... well, it doesn't get better than that. Everyone on the staff was attentive and nice, and the family room was perfect for my husband, myself, and our teenage daughter (who got her own space). We loved it!!"
"Nice place with good breakfast and pool. Note it’s more of a lodge style place and not a regular hotel. You’ll need a car to reach most places in Chamonix centre and most lifts, we had a rental and did not check out any buses.

"Wonderful stay!! Comfortable beds, nice sized shower, skylight over bed, bunks for the kids, AC, and a lovely balcony to gaze at the mountains. Easy walk to everything, wonderfully warm and lovely receptionist who answered all questions and provided nice recommendations. We really appreciated the ice machine and laundry (washer and dryer, pay $10 euros at front desk for wash/dry/detergent). Big fridge and everything you’d need to prepare food. Highly recommend!!"
"Stayed her twice on upscale mountaineering trips. They treat us well even if not typical client. No complaints about loads of gear. Ac, parking, great service, breakfast, comfortable bed, nice pool, sauna. Highlight is garden dinner in the casual restaurant. "

"We stayed in room 306. There is a bus station right next to it, if you are staying in summer and crack windows for air (as there is no AC), it stays noisy till past midnight. There is a restaurant in the back (Le Privilege) they had loud live music till midnight. Overall we liked the hotel and stay again. "
"Very chill and cozy hotel. Staff are very sweet and helpful, but also not overly bearing. They stay in the background as much as possible. Not overly formal as you get in many hotels. Spa is very good, with good jacuzzi, nice little pool and good sauna and Hamman. Breakfast was also good, a mixture of everything; bacon and eggs, hard boiled if you want.
