"We received an upgrade and the room was great. The only problem was the room was next to the hotel washing machines and you could hear them run at all hours. Also, when taking a shower the water kept getting colder, then back to set temperature. Otherwise, thanks for the nicer room. It was wonderful."

"Full of character, a fantastic hotel for us and two children. They had a mezzanine bedroom connected by a spiral metal staircase which they loved, but not ideal if accessibility is an issue. Great location just under the Alhambra and within very easy walking distance of everything. All worked out great with the car park arrangements, do not let this put you off; the hotel is super organised. Breakfast was great."
