"A pousada fica em ótima localização, muito limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são atenciosos. Contudo, o café servido no café da manhã estava com gosto de queimado...a chapada tem café muito bons,poderia servir um regional. A pousada não tem secador no quarto, eles tem aprnas dois secadores na recepção, os quais tem baixa potencia e demoram de secar o cabelo, mas o hóspede tem apenas 01h para secar... No final do dia poderia ser servido um café/chá com os bolos que não foram finalizados no...

"George was a wonderful host. He tried to be very helpful in any way he could. The hotel was nice and quiet. The breakfast was fine. It’s not right in the center city, but about 10-15 minute walk from the center. On the way back have to walk up hill for a bit. Be ready for it. This location, though, is very convenient because it’s close to a couple of trailheads. Great place to stay! "

"Excellent central location with a view over the village river and cascade. Check-in wasn’t so smooth. I never expect a hotel to offer me what wasn’t advertised and at the same time I don’t tolerate receiving a room where the things that were advertised upon booking, are broken or malfunctioning. The room’s window was massively crooked allowing a ton of insects to enter the room, the shower was too cold and after a 4-day hike in the mountains with only cold showers and a bad throat, a hot shower...

"The good things first: great breakfast, really nice and friendly staff and the location great in the sense that there is no noise from mc´s or street sounds. The room on the photo was NOT what we got. We got a tiny room with no shelves and no hooks, a tiny bathroom where the toilet was 1 cm away from the shower cabin, no bedlamps but just a bulb under the fan but the most negative aspect was the noise from people talking, walking and everything else that was happening in the vicinity.
