"Just had a wonderful week at the Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. The hotel is extremely clean and all the staff are very polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned spotlessly every day, we had a lovely sea view from the second floor. The hot breakfasts are all delivered to your table, plenty of choice and ample selection on the breads. pastries, fruit etc.. The pool area is quite small but immaculate and the service delivered by the staff...

"Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something. More self service would be better in my opinion rather than waiting for staff to get it. There is a useful bus route (No. 4) close to...

"Overall our stay was pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful. There were no food options available at the property other than breakfast even though the website stated dinner, room service and snack options. When we asked about food we were directed to outside the hotel to restaurants. I have no idea why this was the case."

"Front desk staff and restaurant staff were quite unprofessional and not friendly. Got charged for a bottle when I only purchased a glass of wine. Slow service at the restaurant - waited 20 minutes to be attended to. Lots of other good quality hotels on this street that I would go to before this one."

"Had a perfect weekend stay! The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and enjoyable. The room was basic but good, AC worked very well for this heatwave. The hotel is near bus stops that go into palma and we found this very easy to use. The hotel also has a transfer bus into palma. The pool is large and there were always sunbeds available! Loved this hotel, would definitely return!"
