"Difficult to get to but worth the trip. We took El Chepe to Bauchivo from Creel and they picked us up when we arrived to transport to the hotel. The place was very comfortable with spectacular views of the Rick formations above. Food was great, staff were very accommodating. Someone in your group should speak Spanish. Highly reccomend!!"

"Our car broke down on the way to the hotel The staff sent a van to pick us up, rescue us The following day, the driver drove us to the site where we left the car in order to meet the tow truck; then they took us back to the hotel no charge "

"No me parece q incluyen el desayuno en la reservación pero no ofrecen el mismo menú para todos, a otros huéspedes les ofrecieron jugo y verduras como espinacas y a su servidora y acompañante no nos lo mencionaron dentro del menú, acaso dan prioridad a unos sobre otros. Lo que ignoro es si así son todos el equipo de meseros o solo algunos. Por lo demás todo excelente. Sobre todo las señoritas a cargo de recepción y de cafetería y los conductores de la camioneta q nos trasladan."
