Tanto el servicio como las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear, desde la falta de mantenimiento, la limpieza: baño, moqueta. No volveria a alojarme en este alojamiento

Solo sirve para ir a dormir un rato.

El check in es a las 13:00, por entrar una hora antes te cobran 10€, habitación muy fea, moqueta con manchas y la comida del menú del bar es realmente horrible.

Should be called 'truck stop'

This should not be classified as hotel more like a hostel, the general appearance is dated and run down, despite the room I stayed in being large I had to keep the TV on to provide enough light as the only bulb within the room was so dim it only lit the corner wall it was fixed to. The shower/wetroom was dirty the whole time I stayed (4 nights) shower curtain had stains, wall tiles had mould instead of grout and the bathroom door frame (at the bottom - 30/40 cm) was black with mould. Despite paying for breakfast as part of my stay the buffet styled breakfast consisted of 5 items anything else i was asked to pay for (bottle of water, breakfast, tea instead of coffee). i would strongly recommend not to stay here as you can get better for the same price in Guadalajara

Mala gestión del personal

Realmente la estancia no pudo ser por una mala gestión con el personal del hotel. Me equivoque en la fecha de reserva, les hice saber, quedaron en contactar conmigo pero no lo hicieron. Termine mi estancia en otro hotel cercano, donde pudieron atender mi petición. A pesar de ello el cargo lo hicieron, era no reembolsable, lo acepto.

The hotel bed was nice and clean. The carpet was soiled. It would be good for the hotel to change the carpeting to tile floors in all the rooms. The hotel location was easy to find, however the area was not inviting.

Hotel muy básico. Está en un polígono industrial donde no hay de nada. La habitación olía mal y el baño estaba toda lleno de humedades. El desayuno horrible. Creo que por el precio que me cobraron es caro.
