"Location is perfect. Close to the restaurant, shopping mall, subway station and bus stops."

"Convenient Location to Train Station & Coco mall..."

"Extremely Disappointing Experience I booked Raffles Executive Apartments in Guangzhou for September 13–19, 2026, but the conditions were so unacceptable that I could not stay pass 10 mins. I first spent about 30 minutes trying to locate the property because there was no visible Raffles Executive Apartments signage. The property I eventually found appeared to be known as Doria Home Hotel, which was confusing and concerning. Upon entering, the corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke...

"conviennet location."

"The area was nice the staff was friendly and room and description was spot on ! I would stay there again!"

"The kindest staff you can find in the hotels. I love everything about this hotel"

"Strategically situated at Tianhe district, Oakwood is walking distance from Grand View Mall and shops/stall. The service is awesome and the cleanliness is spot on. 5/5 recommended, would stay again in Guangzhou "

"Location is great and close to shopping area and Metro station. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Room is in decent size and clean. The only complain is the AC in the room doesn't keep stable temperature over night and the hot water for the shower is somewhat hard to adjust the right temperature. This maybe just my issue but worth noting."

"Very convenient location, clean room and pretty good room cleaning services. Will come back again!"
