"I wouldn’t describe the bed as a bed but more like a table. The hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. We double layered a blanket so sleep on and slept without a blanket on because of how hard the bed was. Upon checkout, I received a text asking if we saw a large jacket in the room, this seemed like an odd message to receive which just add on to the confusion of the staff and how unorganized they are. "
