"Nice hotel. Very good location in the city. The male receptionists are very polite and helpful. We checked in on 15/07/2024 around 7pm and the female receptionist was rude and not helpful. We told her that our room safe box was not working and her answer was that a lot of customers were having problems with the room safe so she told us to not use it. (Very Unprofessional) The next day was a male receptionist in the front desk and he was very polite and responsive. We told him about the...

"This hotel is located in central Mogi. Was clean and tidy. Staff spoke English. They serve a good breakfast. For lunch they recommended a decent restaurant 5 min walk away which was very popular. It accepted credit cards. Uber also works well in Brazil. "
