"We booked this hotel to use airport shuttle but our flight departure was 6am and their airport shuttle was only from 5am so we were not able to use this shuttle service. What a disappointment it was."

"Zimmer war klein und ausreichend. Liegt nah am Stadtkern. Dafür war’s verhältnismäßig ruhig. Gutes Parkhaus direkt schräg gegenüber. Das Frühstück war gut und mal was anderes. Direkt im abgeschlossenem Café."

"Beautifully presented hotel surrounded by well-maintained golf course and close to the beach with distant mountain views. Immaculate, well equipped and comfortable room. Food a little on the pricey side for Spain and food and service in the bar was poor and not good value, overpriced tapas in essence. The bar staff were dour and unfriendly and the standard of service was poor, we were waiting nearly 40 minutes for someone to take our order. Both check-in and check-out was undertaken by two girls...

"Struttura situata vicinissimo una Via principale della città, in un attimo sei al centro della zona più frequentata, con negozi, ristoranti ed alcune principali attrazioni come Plaza de Toro. Il livello della pulizia era mediocre purtroppo, la presenza di alcuni peli nelle lenzuola non ci é piaciuta. La struttura ha una palestrina moderatamente allestita e una Spa che non abbiamo frequentato. Direi che il personale é stato cordiale ma credo che, far pagare 15€ per un posto in un garage di tua...

"Location, location, location! I absolutely love the location of this hotel. Right outside your hotel you’re located in the old town and you could easily walk to everything. If you turn left out of the hotel, there’s a grocery store at the corner and if you turn right, there’s a pharmacy. There’s many banks located within less than a five minute walk away from the hotel. "A wonderful place to stay right in the centre of the old town of Ronda, slightly away from the busy traffic in a quiet place. Very nicely clean and cheerful room. Staff was excellent in helping and everything is nearby! Parking close by and easy accessible. A wonderful day and I recommended to anyone visiting Ronda."

"we had a superior room overlooking the valley- the most amazing view. Bar also overlooks the valley too and pool. Great staff, food a bit limited in bar but till good. Hotel at top of town so easy to walk down to great tapas restaurants, bars. Rona a lovely place to stay."

"Very nice, small hotel in congested downtown Ronda. Hotel staff was excellent and helpful. No parking, so needed to park in public parking garage. It worked out well."

"Lovely property and I would return. The only negative was the check-in process. Apparently I walked in right behind a large group and the process was slow. My sense is that they do a lot of weddings and events. We ate at the restaurant outside and also enjoyed the buffet breakfast- both were great."

"The staff were excellent but there were dead cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The internet was not good. Thw room we were in, tje Lombok, was right behind the reception and entrance and besides that, being right next to a busy street was too noisy at night for sleep."
