The Family runs the hotel and they were the nicest people ever. Very accommodating and very knowledgeable about the area in terms of activities as well as places to eat if you're interested in local cuisine, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who visit MonteVerde for a true, local experience. My entire family had an incredible experience here."

"The apartment we stayed in was very clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. The pool was lovely. The locatiin was great, very central and clise to restaurants, grocery store and shops. A quick uber ride to the hot springs. I woukd highly recommend Villas Fortuna Boutique Hotel."

"Check in was a nightmare. Tv didnt work. Never got a wifi password. Place was difficult to find and the manager was unaware check in was at 10am. Overall a bad experience "

"The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location."

Se puede ver el volcán desde la ventana, cada uno de los espacios estaba perfectamente ordenado y con un nivel de limpieza espectacular! Las personas que nos atendieron en el lugar fueron sumamente amables y respetuosos. Definitivamente volveremos lo pasamos muy bien! "
